\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe projet LandSea est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du constat partag\u00e9 d’un manque de capacit\u00e9 des territoires et de leurs acteurs \u00e0 promouvoir les activit\u00e9s traditionnelles de la terre et de la mer.\n

\nDans tous les territoires couverts par le projet (Bulgarie, Chypre, Espagne, France, Gr\u00e8ce et Italie), des initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es pour promouvoir uniquement les produits ruraux locaux, mais les producteurs n’ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 que de supports de communication et non de renforcement de capacit\u00e9s.\n
\n
\n\nCe manque de comp\u00e9tences a \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9 comme un facteur de faiblesse des initiatives locales et des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 plus forte valeur ajout\u00e9e. \n
\n
\nFace au vieillissement croissant des acteurs locaux de la p\u00eache et de l’aquaculture et \u00e0 la faible attractivit\u00e9 de ces m\u00e9tiers, notamment pour les jeunes, il est n\u00e9cessaire de renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s et celles des acteurs des fili\u00e8res terre et mer afin d’encourager l’innovation et la cr\u00e9ation de nouvelles activit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de revenus.\n

La plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne LandSea vise \u00e0 doter le groupe cible des aptitudes et comp\u00e9tences d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par le projet LandSea. La plateforme est disponible sur une structure modulaire et combinera tous les r\u00e9sultats du projet. Elle contiendra le mat\u00e9riel de formation pour la valorisation des produits de la terre et de la mer d’une mani\u00e8re attrayante en 6 langues.<\/p>
